We had a fantastic experience with Delmer, Maria, and Pablo! They came in the middle of the night to clean up a sewage backup in our house. They were very kind and professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. We would definitely recommend Nationwide based on the experience we had!

Robert was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He showed me everything that he was doing and explained it all as well. He gave options and suggestions for the issues we were running into and was quick to get things done and resolve the problems for us. My husband placed the call to Nationwide after a major disaster at our home taking out two and a half rooms from a major snowstorm/ice jams. Rob and the rest of the team showed up within a few hours, and he and his team were courteous, professional and patient with us during a tumultuous time. Rob explained everything step by step and was able to calm my fears. They immediately went to work, setting up fans and dehumidifiers and tearing down the wet, mold riddled walls, floors, and ceilings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A huge ice dam led to some leaks in my home. Robert was really personable and knowledgeable. He did the initial consultation and was extremely thorough from the questions he asked and his explanation of what caused the ice dams, to the inspection, photos and videos he took, and his outlining of next steps. When they came back to do the actual restoration & mitigation work, Robert was communicative on timing and the team worked quickly. He showed and explained everything he did and did a great job cleaning up. Both the customer service and work itself exceeded expectations and made what started as a stressful situation feel easy.
